While I was visiting her on vacation, Susan Johnson of SJ Designs offered to provide a treat for this month's giveaway.
Gala is her new thread and she has offered to send THREE WINNERS! a twist of Gold and of Silver. I'm sure she'll also be happy to include her latest newsletter.
These luxurious metallic threads are structured like Jap gold but are a little shinier and thicker. I think they'd be perfect for longer stitches on canvas (not tent stitch). I plan to use mine to outline a crewel design (that I have yet to stitch), using outline stitches.
Please leave your name and contact information in a comment on this post by Monday June 29. I'll generate THREE random numbers then to pick the winners.

The shine on those threads looks spectacular. I could find a way to use them. Actually the Susan Portra butterfly, Flight of Fancywork, that I'm working on, calls for gold and silver threads. Please include me. You know my email. Thanks, Marjorie.

Marjorie - how generous! I would love to win - I have never tried goldwork but it is on my 'to-do ' list for one day soon!
Ooh, they look gorgeous. I'd love to try them and be included in the drawing. This commnent should link back to my blog. I hope that's ok as a contact - the last time I left my email address on a blog I got spammmed so badly that our provider closed our accounts! So I'm a little wary now...hope you understand. It's very generous of you to run giveaways. Thank you.

Oh this looks great, I would love to try this. I'm working on a cross stitch stocking that has gold metallic thread right now, and my gold could certainly stand to be upgraded. I hate the brand I'm using.
