Most will go in my checked luggage.

My worries about the flight center around getting air sick (oh, I do!) and being around people wearing perfume, of all things. I'm very sensitive to fragrances of all types. If I'm seated next to a guy with strong aftershave, we'll both be miserable for the whole trip.

It's not going to keep me from going, though! I can't wait.Moonsilk Stitcheshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10659720657383001401noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4937013312347363010.post-91282690867173730992011-03-01T14:07:39.560-06:002011-03-01T14:07:39.560-06:00We are looking forward to seeing you on this side ...We are looking forward to seeing you on this side of the "pond" !Jennyhttp://www.jennywoolftravel.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4937013312347363010.post-55528796602514726052011-03-01T07:12:57.181-06:002011-03-01T07:12:57.181-06:00Just check before you go that your airline will al...Just check before you go that your airline will allow you to take pins, needles, and scissors in your hand luggage. We've had even blunt scissors confiscated and that would be a miserable start to what should be a great holiday!Rachelhttp://www.blog.virtuosewadventures.co.uknoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4937013312347363010.post-62466387626721788192011-02-28T22:38:49.208-06:002011-02-28T22:38:49.208-06:00Have a terrific time!!! I'm not too keen on flying, either, and while I really like the idea of working on a project, I think I'd be far too nervous to stitch on a plane!

I really like your idea of picking up a cross-stitch project from each place that you visit, so that you can keep the memories. I may have to adopt it in future :) Good luck with your quilt - if you have a few of the pieces left over, I bet they'd make a great pincushion.Aurelia Eglantinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17998483816892542367noreply@blogger.com
