Most of my photos last weekend were duds, with the light too harsh. These wild roses by the garage did nicely this year and the photo worked because there was shade.
The huge catalpa tree was just beginning to bloom last Saturday. By Monday the entire 40'+ tree was entirely abloom and fragrant. It is glorious! The blooms don't last and are about done now. The tree is large enough I can see it over our little house--so I can see it every time I go out.
Orange lilies are coming in now.
